Brinjal With Vinegar And Soy Sauce Dressing


Ingredients

2 brinjals

1 clove garlic

1 red chilli

1 stalk spring onion

Seasonings

2 tbsps dark soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsps vinegar

1 tsp sugar

Method

1) Rinse brinjals, peel then cut into long sections. Steam till softened.

2) Smash garlic and chop finely. Remove seeds from chilli and cut into small slices. Chop spring onion and combine well with garlic, chilli and seasonings. Drizzle onto the brinjals to serve.
