Steamed Life Prawns


200g live prawns

1 stalk spring onion

2 slices ginger


1 tsp wine

1 tsp wasabi paste

1 tsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp dark soy sauce


1) Rinse prawns and place on a steaming dish.

2) Add spring onion sections, ginger slices and wine to the prawns. Promptly put into the steamer to steam over high heat for 4 minutes (the water in the steamer must come to a boil first).

3) Mix wasabi with mayonnaise. Add to the dark soy sauce. Serve with the steamed prawns.
