Cajun Red Potatoes Fries

Makes 6 to 8 servings

12 medium red potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons granulated garlic

Methods: -

1) Preheat the oven to 375F.

2) Cut the potatoes in wedges, about six per potato. Put the oil, seasoning, parsley, and garlic in a large mixing bowl and toss in the potato wedges. Stir to cover completely and evenly.

3) Place the potatoes on a greased baking pan and roast for 40 minutes, or until crisp.
