Mango & Lime Bone-Builder

The natural sweetness of mango perfectly balances the kale in this pretty, green-speckled drink, which will boost your calcium intake, ensuring strong bones.
1 tbsp sesame seeds
juice of 1/2 lime
30g / 1oz green curly kale, shredded
1 mango, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
225ml/8 fl oz unsweetened rice, almond or soya milk
small handful of crushed ice
1. Put the sesame seeds into a blender and whizz until finely ground.
2. Add the lime juice, kale and mango and blend until well combined.
3. Add the milk and crushed ice and blend again until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
