This soothing breakfast in a glass is packed with sustaining nutrients to keep up your energy levels all morning and see you through until lunchtime.
200g / 7oz strawberries
100g / 3.5 oz raspberries
100ml / 3.5 oz unsweetened rice, almond or soya milk
40g / 1.5 oz unsweetened muesli
1) Cut a strawberry in half and reserve one half to decorate. Hull the remaining strawberries.
2) Put the strawberries and raspberries in a blender and blend to a puree. Add the milk and muesli and blend again until almost smooth.
3) Pour into a glass, top with the reserved strawberry half and serve.
