Big Apple Detox
With its creamy, delicate parsnip and apple flavour fortified with cleansing ginger, this juice is perfect after an indulgent holiday or Christmas.
Prep: 10 mins
1 parsnip, halved
5-mm/0.25 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
2 apples, halved
125ml/4fl oz chilled water
small handful of crushed ice (optional)
1) Feed the parsnip and ginger, then the apples through a juicer. Top up with the water.
2) Half-fill a glass with crushed ice, if using, then pour in the juice and serve immediately.
